I’m Jerald Cosey — a proud Certified Nurse Aide, licensed Health Facility Administrator (HFA), and founder of J.Cosey Speaks, Inc., a Leader Development Company.

With more than 30 years in healthcare — including pharmaceutical sales, operational leadership in post-acute care, and most recently, serving as Director of Leadership Development for a multi-state senior healthcare organization — I’ve lived the real-world tension of serving well and leading others.

I stepped away from that corporate path to launch a mission-first company focused on one thing:

To rehydrate leadership in healthcare by teaching, modeling, and systemically developing leaders who serve with clarity and earn with purpose.

This work is personal. This platform is professional. The Academy — and my book, Becoming a Five STAR Leader — were both born from a calling I couldn’t ignore.
