Majestic Care AIT Academy

Thank you for serving as a Preceptor in the Majestic Care AIT Academy. Your observations provide valuable insight into each AIT's development during the first phase of the Academy. While classroom learning establishes the leadership framework, much of an AIT's growth happens through coaching, operational experiences, and leadership opportunities within the community.

This review serves four purposes

Provide meaningful developmental feedback to each AIT.
Give Senior Leadership greater visibility into future Executive Director talent.
Establish a baseline for measuring growth throughout the remainder of the Academy.
Ensure AITs receive intentional coaching and meaningful operational experiences between Academy sessions.
