State-specific licensure tracking — complete one form per quarter.
As part of the LIT FT model, we are tracking progress through state-specific licensure requirements to ensure each leader is on pace to step into the General Manager role. This check-in is short, specific, and focused on one thing: making sure you are on track and have the support you need to get there.
